Shipping Options And Charges
Due to the various size of items, quantity ordered and your location, delivery costs will vary. The cost of delivery for your item(s) can be calculated from the shopping cart page by entering your post code in the delivery cost calculator. Read on below to learn more about our shipping options.
Nick Scali Online only ships to Australian addresses. Due to the bulky nature of furniture there are some locations we currently do not deliver to which include NT, TAS, parts of Western Australia and certain remote locations. (Please read on below).
PICK UP. Currently Nick Scali Online does not offer pick ups from our warehouse or retail stores.
Nick Scali Online uses two types of delivery services: Nick Scali Premium (For larger items which includes assembly) or Courier Drop'n Go (Non Assembly). Your service will be dictated by the products you purchase. Orders containing large bulky lounges, lounge chairs, dining tables, coffee tables, etc, will be allocated the Premium Delivery & Installation. We allocate this service because these items are large and require 2 man lifting and include assembly. If shipped via the Premium service you can expect drivers to assemble and install furniture in your unit or house. (Drivers do not take away empty boxes).
Smaller items such as dining chairs, stools, etc are simply dropped off by our drivers/couriers and some assembly could be required. In the instance a customer orders a bar stool and a lounge for example, the customer shipping will be combined into 1 premium shipping charge. Read on below for more detail regarding each service.
Courier Service - All locations small items - Dining Chairs, Bar Stools, Accessories
- One-man delivery
- Most metro and inner area customers will receive a SMS with a proposed delivery time by our drivers. Unfortunataly certain regional and country locations we cannot provide notification as Toll Ipec is used to deliver.
- Please note that for courier delivery items, drivers are not permitted at any time inside a workplace or residence for health and safety reasons.
- Courier does not assemble goods.
- Courier service charges start from approximately $22 per box but will vary depending on item size and location. For accurate shipping costs always use the shipping calculator within the shopping cart page.
Premium Delivery & Assembly - Large Feature Chairs, Lounges, Dining Tables
- Two-man delivery
- Customer call and/or SMS to propose a time for delivery. Customer must be home for allocated delivery time.
- Includes full assembly in the place of delivery.
- Our delivery and installation charge starts from approximately $75 but will vary depending on your location. For accurate shipping costs always use the shipping calculator within the shopping cart page.
Delivery Time - When Can I Expect My Order?
If delivery time is crucial to your order, customers are encouraged to add items to their cart to get our best delivery estimate. See details below.
If the goods are in stock at your respective warehouse (NSW, QLD, VIC) the following estimated delivery times are an estimation:
- Sydney Metropolitan – approximately 4-6 business days if in stock sydney / 7-20 business days if warehouse interstate transfer required (less than 10% of our stock)
- Melbourne Metropolitan – approximately 4-6 business days if in stock melbourne / 7-20 business days if warehouse interstate transfer required from interstate warehouse (less than 10% of our stock)
- Brisbane Metropolitan – approximately 4-6 business days if in stock brisbane / 7-20 business days if transfer required from interstate warehouse (less than 10% of our stock)
- Adelaide Metropolitan - approximately 8-12 business days
- Perth Metropolitan - approximately 7-12 business days
- Townsville - approximately 8-12 business days
- Regional Areas - For regional areas it is best to add items as detailed below.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
1. ADD ITEMS TO CART (PICTURED BELOW)
The easiest way to get an accurate delivery estimate (and shipping costs) is to navigate to the item you are intrested in and add the items to your cart. On the product detail page you will be given an opportunity to select colour options (if applicable) and the option to enter qty. Simply add your desired Qty and select the large green "add to cart" button. This is pictured below.
2. ENTER YOUR POSTCODE IN SHOPPING CART (PICTURED BELOW)
You will be taken to your shopping cart page that will include your items. Scroll down the page and enter your postcode in the (red highlighted box) field provided and selected "Get Quote". The website will add shipping costs to the totals and will also provide a delivery estimate. This delivery estimate is generated by the system checking the items you ordered and verifying if we have available stock in your local state warehouse. If we do have the stock available, the delivery time will be relatively quick 4 - 6 days, if the goods are not in stock it may indicate longer times. As you add more items to your order your shipping cost may change and delivery estimates for individual items could vary. The shopping cart is pictured below with shipping and delivery estimates.
WA, NT, TAS, SA Regional Areas
There are some regional areas and locations we do not deliver to. Customers can use the 'Estimated Delivery Time' calculator on any product detail page or the shipping calculator within the shopping cart to see if Nick Scali delivers to your region. Additionally Nick Scali cannot ship our Lounges, Large Lounge Chairs or Dining Tables to SA, WA, NT or TAS. Smaller stools and items can be shipped to some of these regions using our courier service option.
